Winchester Students’ Union’s mission statement is ‘student led, student delivered. Students empowered.’ In order to make sure that our work remains student focussed, and open to comment and feedback from our student members, we engage in multiple activities, including feedback gathering, report compiling, and leading on planning meetings around the student experience and how we can continue to enhance it for Winchester students. The Officer Review Panel is a sub-committee of Student Senate. Composed of student volunteers and chaired by one of the Union's Student Trustees, the Panel convenes once per semester to review the Elected Officers' progress on their manifestos, and general Union work. The review findings, alongside suggestions for next steps, are compiled into a report which is presented at Student Senate for discussion and confirmation.
