Yoga Weekly Monday Sessions

Monday - Hatha Flow:

Join Emily every Monday evening for her welcoming Hatha Flow class designed for all abilities. The class will begin with gentle movements to gradually open the body and build some warmth. You will then slowly progress into sun salutation sequences to stretch and strengthen the entire body. The practice also includes some traditional standing and seated postures, transitioning into longer held restorative postures, finishing with a deep relaxation. Emily will guide you throughout this practice with some uplifting and soothing music for an all-round class. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is perfect for you.

 

If you would like to arrive earlier to get yourself ready in a calming environment, the room will be available from 6:30pm with the committee on hand if you require any assistance, and likewise for 30mins after the session. Please let the instructor know, prior to the session, about any current injuries that may affect your ability within the session.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Only book onto this session if you are a current yoga society member.
