Pregnancy Test Information

Please read this before taking the pregnancy test

We want to ensure you are aware of the support available to you regardless of the result of your test.

Our Student Union Advice Centre is independent from the University and is able to provide free, impartial advice on a range of issues that may be impacting on your university experience.

Our Student Union Advisor can take the time to listen to you, and signpost you to support services if you’re not sure where to start. They are located on Level 3, King Alfred Centre, in the corridor opposite the Food Hall. Or, you can book an appointment directly with the advisor by emailing SU.Advice@winchester.ac.uk or by calling 01962827445 and asking for Amy.

You can visit an NHS Sexual Health Practitioner on campus once a month to discuss your options. For more information, please email mentalwellbeing@winchester.ac.uk. Or look for the yellow posters around campus.

Our nearest Sexual Health Clinic in Winchester, who can provide you with in depth support, is located in St Clements Surgery in Winchester. They offer appointments on Wednesdays 09:00-18:00. Book an appointment by calling 0300300216.

The next closest Sexual Health Clinic is in Eastleigh Unit 6 (under Nando’s) in the Swan Centre. They are open 09:00-17:00 (Thursdays 09:00-15:30). Book an appointment by calling 0300300216.
