Banks

These banks are located on the high street. You can walk, cycle, taxi, or bus there! For buses, students can take a range of buses from various points in/around campus to the City Centre. For example, students could take the No.5, 61, or 66 bus at around 12pm to arrive at the Winchester Bus Station 10 minutes later (correct at the time of writing).

These stores are located in Southampton, a short train or bus ride away! They're worth the journey, as you'll find the West Quay shopping mall and lots of other independent or chain shops!

West Quay Shopping Centre SO15 1QF Including major retailers such as John Lewis, Zara, M&S, Apple. Fashion, Health & Beauty, Sport & Leisure, Home, Technology, Toys & Gifts, Jewellery. Accessible via Bluestar Route 1 or the train.

 

 

Supermarkets and Grocery Stores

Whilst the afformentioned shops are good for a range of items, you still need the essentials! Below is a list of supermarkets around Winchester, along with how to reach them!

Sainsburys Badger Farm The No.5 bus (Stagecoach) runs from Winchester (City Centre, Hospital) to Badger Farm Sainsburys.
Aldi Weeke The No.3 bus (Stagecoach) runs from the City Centre to Weeke.
Tesco Extra Winnall The No.2 bus (Stagecoach) runs from Stanmore (Cromwell Road) to Winnall on a regular basis.

Sainsbury's Central City Centre 
Corner Shops Stanmore The No.2 bus goes through Stanmore with corner shops at 'Cromwell Road Shops' and 'Stanmore Lane Wavell Way Shops'.
